Innovation at our customers’ service
At Boscarol each phase of the production process strives for quality and innovation. Starting from the selection of quality raw materials to the final packaging, our imperative is to guarantee the highest possible degree of satisfaction for our customers.
01. Raw material control
Boscarol only selects certified materials which are scrupulously checked once they reach the company and are labelled to guarantee their traceability throughout the production process.
02. Processing
The first operation on raw materials is bar cutting, which prepares the material for turning and finishing. CNC lathes guarantee machining according to the drawing dimensions, while finishing completes the component.
03. Cleaning
To ensure compliance with cryogenic specifications, the components are cleaned with a special ultrasonic washer.
04. Assembly
All valve components are assembled. Each valve is laser marked to ensure complete traceability.
05. Testing
Quality is Boscarol’s priority at each production stage. Each valve is 100% pneumatically tested before packing.
06. Packaging
We pay particular attention to the packaging phase to guarantee specific packaging consistent with the final application of the valves.
